The Council of Nations (CoN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, user rights, and achievement of world peace.

The top leaders of all nations may become admins and are allowed to announce anything they wish so long as it is relevant to international affairs.

1 There is to be no declaration of war on a multitude of groups because of their ideology. - No Longer Enforced
2 Two announcements per person per day.
3 No Mass Inviting to CoN.
4 No member can delete an Announcement created by another member.
5 Do not announce anything using full caps.
6 Do Not Announce Any War Declarations! - No Longer Enforced.
7 Don't announce marriages.
8 Don't announce your want for an alliance.
9 Do not edit announcements that are not yours.

-Punishment-
First offense - De admin for a week
Second - De admin for 2 weeks
Third - Banned
Permabans can be made by 80% ratio vote from the General Assembly.
Permabans can be vetoed by Marc, Smetana, Secretary General

-How it works-

-General Assembly
Everyone in the General Assembly will not be admined. Everyone in GA will elect the President of GA.
GA consists of nation leaders and their trusted admins.
President can appoint any positions in GA.

-Lower Council
10 LC members will be elected by the GA. They function as mediators and representatives of CoN. Their goal is to achieve peace and restoration in times of war and dismay. Their function also includes aiding new RPers when able.

-Upper Council
7 UC members, 2 are permanet (marc, smetana) and 5 are appointed.
One each by Marc, Smetana, President of GA and Secretariat. The last is appointed by the LC.
UC functions the same was as the LC but is different in that they have the ability to delete announcements and a higher level of jurisdiction and management abilities.

-Secretariat
Marc and Smetana elect a Secretary-General.
SG appoints the Secretary of War and announcements.
SG, SA, SW all manage the main General Assembly. They will take requests, suggestions and complaints. If a member wishes to announce something the SA will either choose to allow it and announce it for him or not. If a war has been declared and the SW sees it worthy to be announced he can do it.
