Curing blights since 2015

Hey Guys,

Earlier today a few guys tried to raid us (Cryptic, Swift, Mr. Dirt) and a weird guy, YummyGravy was there too. During that failed attempt, we got their stuff, including a computer from a Helicopter drop.

Well, tonight they tried to raid us again. They came with some C4, but not enough. Spectrrre was the only one online and tried to grab all of our valuables and hide in the cupboard room with them. He also dropped some landmines inside the base to slow down the intruders.

He managed to get a hold of me just as I was about to go to bed (wasn't in game) and he let me know we were being raided. I saw Profit Mojo was online and alerted him as well.

So, the bad news is we lost a lot of good ♥♥♥♥. PumpJack, Quarries, lots of HQM, LGF, Metal frags, guns I think.. The slightly good news is, the enemy didn't get them. What happened was something like this (I haven't slept since Thursday night, so keep that in mind)...

We thought, at the time, that the raiders were going to get to the bottom of the cave and were trying to prepare for it. Spectre was stuck in the cupboard room (on top of the cupboard) with all the good ♥♥♥♥ we ended up losing. He was holding it to protect it from the raiders. We wanted to build the auto turret to use as defense against the raiders in case they made it to the cupboard area. Spectre tried logging out/in to get unstuck, no luck, had to suicide out. I looted all the good stuff from him then I got stuck in the cupboard room (door opened and pushed me in). I had to suicide to get out. During the panic to get the turret placed and loaded (and my lack of sleep) I forgot to go back in there and loot my corpse. Either that, or I was trying to loot my corpse when Profit Mojo accidently triggered one of the landmines and killed me a 2nd time. Either way, all the good ♥♥♥♥ was on my first corpse and it never was looted. Sorry guys. :(

The raiders eventually gave up, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that their C4 couldn't even take out some of our twigs (yay buggy caves!?). They left and went to raid someone else. They were using in-game voice for some reason, so we could hear everything.

We got the auto-turret set up, made some ammo, then went out to look at the damage. It turned out there wasn't much at all. They blew open the front door frame (2nd floor). We lost a few large wooden boxes from the explosions. I think the rest of the damage came from our own landmines meant for the enemy.

FYI: YummyGravy was part of their team. That explains why he was acting weird and pretending he didn't know what was going on from the first attempt at raiding us earlier in the afternoon/evening. I think it was his way of of trying to get us to invite him to join and help us so he'd be an inside man for the raiders.
