As a standalone game, it would be difficult because a completely separate engine would have to be written.
It's probably more feasible as a mod.
Actually, I've been waiting a long time for the CS2D developer to implement a Workshop so I could make all my levels freely available and anyone could download them.
As soon as Half-Life 1 is fully converted to 2D, I'll also work on making these levels accessible to you players (in case there's still no Steam Workshop by then), regardless of whether my server is online or offline.
So that every player can try these levels at any time.
