Yes, VS19 in the best. It'll take a little of time to learn though. For example, the difference between filters and folders. If you create a new C++ solution with premade source and or header files, it'll be in "Source Files" and "Header Files", they are filters just to organise the files.

You'll also need to lean (as I'm writing this a massive ass spider walked across my keyboard WTF), anyways, you'll need to learn how the project properties work. You can take a look at The Cherno's C++ Series.

Do you guys think Visual Studio 2019 is good for C++? Or is there anyithing better than this? (for C++ specificly)
