Clan Structure Remodel 2.0

As most of you already know Bacon Fun Times has been down this road before. In an effort to resurrect our dead and inactive clan we decided to get organized and remodel the clan structure. We transformed the default ranking system into a clan role system, although this helped get Bacon Fun Times back on it's feet, it failed in the long run.

There was no real incentive to take up a role in the clan, we had no purpose outside of farming for colour pigments for our Dojo that we can never really show off. Bacon Fun Times will become a sort of "boot camp" for the newer Tenno. We will restrict our recruitment to new Tenno looking for help and we will guide them and give them the knowledge to fend for themselves in the confusing ♥♥♥♥ storm that is Warframe.

Once members "graduate" they are more than welcome to leave Bacon Fun Times and join a another clan or make one of their own. If they choose to stay, they will be expected to put their aquired knowledge to use and become a guide for new recruits.

Structure

Moderator - Moderators will be needed to keep players in order if necessary. We expect to have a somewhat steady flow of players leaving and joining, so expect a few bad eggs.

Guide - Guides will dedicate the majority of their time to seeking out or helping newer players. This means that they will be expected to answer any questions the new player has (if they can), and to run missions with players that are having trouble.

Graduate - If you are a Graduate you have been given the Bacon Fun Times seal of approval and are ready to either move on from our clan or stick around and use your new found knowledge to help the recruits.

Initiate - You are a new Tenno and have no idea what you are doing. Look for someone with the "Guide" rank and ask them to help you run missions of with any questions that you have.

BFT might want to consider a discussion area that helps us noobs with either links to known good warframe guides or some clan written material. There is so much out there on the web that it's a chore to wade through the junk to look for that pearl. I figure that the vets have their preferred go-to sites. Also, outside the social aspect and the trading feature being available I'm not sure what else goes with being in a clan. It would be nice to see "Welcome to the Clan" type of section that spells out some beginner guidance. (how to contribute to research, (I see the mat requests but have no idea how to contribute) what the different rooms do in the dojo, and how to make your first warframe leveling experience a good one. (what to do and not do with your frame and plat) Simple stuff for the vets but for me personally there's some things I don't even know to ask about. Just throwing it out there for consideration. Not criticizing. :)
