Extra Life 2016!

So, I've think that I'll be participating in Extra Life this year, raising money for Doernbecher Children's Hospital.

Also, if you want to participate, we could even set up a team. My initial goal is to raise $100 (the minimum goal), but depending on how things look as we move further, I might raise that goal.

Anyways, game day is November 5, so there's a good chance you'll catch me playing a lot of games that day.

New Game In The Works!

I figured I'd make an announcement here in the group, since I'll be looking for some help in the near future with things like character portraits and music.

The idea is a platform fighter with characters such as a catgirl, ninja, chicken, mutant, etc. I'm think it'll be pixel art models but if someone else wants to make art for it, I'd be happy to let them

As for character portraits, I would love to find someone who could do nice anime-style portraits, but if I don't, I'll either skip over that or just try minimalistic pixel art like the character models.

Finally, the name, I don't know what to call it, but I think a pun could be nice. I thought of a kind of crude one ("Smash-terbate") that I don't think I'll use, but maybe it'll get some funny ideas flowing.

I'm going to make a forum post to dicuss it further.
