REMOVE THE NERF VALVE!

now the heavy nerf is ridiculous and its been pretty much a year.
its time to step up against this nerf, protest fill servers with heavys spaming
UNNERF HEAVY and maybe maybe they will remove this nerf we will see

Damage variance on grenades and stickybombs reduced from +/- 10% damage to +/-2%.
Grenades and Stickybombs now have the same base blast radius as rockets. Changed to 146 from 159.
