One more way of collecting "Achievements"!

It's straightforward really, you comment on a friend or random profile on steam with a message styled like a achievement popup. like:

Achievements Unlocked! +10 exp - Helpfulness "a kind gesture in any sort of way, generally a nice person."

Achievements Unlocked! +10 exp - Fav! "This person created something, and i fav'd it!." ;)
___________________________________________________________

The idea is to create a few in a specified topic, so you can copy-paste them more easily. you could even customize them and use them as a template (emoticons) etc.
It's just a friendly gesture that might lighten steam up a bit?
It's easy, yet way more informative and overall just nice i think.
And it could be fun right?
