[OBJECTIVE]

1. PLAY TO IMPROVE - NOT TO WIN
Even heroes bleed. Sometimes we win sometimes we lose to learn. Even if we lose, be a man and lose as a man. Don't blame others or else play 5 accounts yourself. So winning and losing doesn't matter here. We all trying improve.

2. LEARN FROM THE BETTER
'Zero Fighter' means we are fighting from zero. Most of us are silvers. Higher rank person deserve to carry the team, teach us and embrace team's mistakes. And lower rank person should accept comments from the better. Respect each other because losing a friend to win a game doesn't make any sense right?

3. WINNING AND LOSING AS A TEAM
Try our best to follow the strategies planned. Communicate with each other because communication is really crucial in CS:GO. Individual performance doesn't prove you're the best if the team lose. Together everyone achieves more!

4. SHARING IS BEAUTIFUL
Share our knowledges! Tips, strategies or anything. That is the meaning of team.
