Alot of us get empty parks, then join a friend to find a busy part.
These are clean unusuead parks and traffic is simply getting directed elsewhere.
If you get empty parks usually, put your name in the comment "Empty Park"
and ask people to add you.
Its an open group,
great for server hopping.
Once you find your smooth park without lag, you know whrere you gotta be or which friend to join to avoid lag.
