What's the deal

What's the angle here? Why does the release date say Feb.2020 when its clear this game has been in dev and was dead and abandoned long ago. I installed it and it crashes on launch every time I start the game, doesn't even make it to the title screen. Uninstalled....

Translating the game

I want to translate the game into full english. Tho I dont know Spanish I have a friend who does and is willing me to help translate the game. But all I need is a "tutorial" how to translate the game. Like which file I need to modify etc.. Because its literally unplayable when half of the menu is in Spanish and the other one in English the same goes with the game itself.. EDIT - The game was translated into full english by devs....
