Hello, devs! I have all achievements but a game is not in the list Perfect games in steam profile (100% completion). Please, can you fix it?

first of all, when i start the game, i have for a few ms the game icon in the taskbar, then it is away, the game is running, but i dont see it (no window), i hear it, but thats all. alt tab doesnt show the window, nothing in the taskbar, only task manager...
