Very early in the game, the protagonist mentions a bright light on the beahcv which she wants to look at. Where is it? I've been all over the (rather small) beach with absolutely nothing there.

Game is telling me to break down the destroyed well but where the well used to be there is nothing there at all just in case i did go around the island even trying to do the rocks only to be meet with need a better hammer line. So what am i post to do to even progress through the game now? Am i really soft-locked only 26 mins through the game!?...
