Ok, so far I found eight ears, seven eyes and six keys. Still cannot access the room in the Tunnels that is blocked by a window. The window shatters but the collision appears to remain. Anyhow, here are some other bugs that I noticed during my 30+ hours of in-game time: Sometimes reseting to the last save takes very long, up to a minute in my estimation. How many shortcuts are there and is it possible to miss some? I have 100% the game and still do not have this trophy. Is there anyway to identify where they are on the map? As well i have got all endings, fully upgraded head but do not have the trophy for all library entries (on ps5). Currently psn shows 0% for this, so is it not possible on ps5? How many entries are there supposed to be and could i have missed any after getting 100%?...

I've saved airhead and I am trying to break the window just underneath the upper cave area that "will take evrything you can get". There is a waypoint behind that window but the window just will not break. Is this a bug or is there another way? Thanks for a great game!!!...

I'm at the final boss/puzzle part, and I managed to carry the light up to the beings that are scared of the light. Problem is, now I can't get it back to the little guy who helps me carry my head. I can get it out and down, but the little guy is stuck on top of the elevator and I can't call it down because I don't have my head. I hope that makes sense. Help!...
