What is the point to the Fearless perk? Is there a trade off for not being able to flee?

Have you been getting bored of the same thing over and over again? Well this idea would help that. Instead of entirely new classes we do sub-classes so instead of making crossbow men a whole new class its instead a variant that deals more knock back for less damage or something along the lines of that. For infantry we could do like short spears instead of swords but they have slightly smaller shields so they aren't op. A subclass for spear men could be long sword-men that can still poke but has like a shor...
