Core Features of Oath of Heaven

I. New Content:

1. Black Market System

1. The Black Market system will regularly refresh with some rare items each quarter, which players can choose to purchase.

2. The Black Market will sell a limited quantity of all recruitment resources each quarter, which players can choose to purchase.

3. A challenge feature has been added to the Black Market. Players can select a Black Market item and challenge a Black Market NPC in either a ‘Duel’ or ’Hana Deck‘ format. Winning allows them to purchase the item at a 70% discount.

4. All Black Market items are sold at a premium, with higher prices.

2. New Population Random Events

1. Each round in the game, there is a chance of events occurring that affect population growth.

2. These events may provide one-time population increases or decreases, or temporary population growth buffs or debuffs.

3. Added All Chapter 4 Quests.

4. Added Some Chapter 4 Levels.

II. Optimizations:

1. Adjusted items sold in the shop (added attribute fragments in Chapter 3).

2. Increased rewards for ‘Opening Granaries to Distribute Porridge,’ ‘Establishing Welfare Homes,’ and ‘Donating Troops Quests.’

III. Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an error in the display of illusion spell text.

2. Fixed an error in the spawn position configuration of Hao Meng's troops in the Battle of Xiapi.

3. Fixed an error where double-clicking the ‘Oath of Heaven’ button would sometimes cause the screen to go black.

1. Added a Tactics Intel List where players can view all tactics and special skills.

2. Added detailed views for generals and treasures - these now pop up when clicked in the general intel list and treasure intel list.

3. Added a desertion mechanic triggered by lack of funds or provisions (if funds or provisions are insufficient, morale will first drop, and once morale reaches 0, troops will begin to desert).

II. Improvements:

1. Enhanced battlefield realism - troops can now die in combat (based on the wounded soldier ratio setting, death ratio = 1- wounded soldier ratio).

4. Fully adjusted the attribute bonuses for official ranks.

1. Fixed an issue where wounded soldiers would disappear completely when transitioning between two battle stages.

2. Fixed incorrect configuration for acquisition mission items.

3. Fixed a bug where resources were not actually deducted after submitting items in "donate food/funds" missions.

4. Fixed incorrect display of victory/defeat conditions within certain stages.

5. Fixed an issue where reputation could drop into negative values.
