mouse will only move city map left and up, only way to map screen right and down is arrow keys

The new level I'm playing doesn't show working places as full (with workers on it, with the flag on the top of the place) its looks like its empty, but when I click on it to see, Its on full capacity... Does anyone had this problem before? (How can I solve this ? ><)...

So I ran into a rather game breaking issue yesterday. I started a new map, and I placed a couple of storage yards. I was trying to set one storage yard to accept only clay and pottery, and the other to accept barley and beer. The issue was that no matter what I set for one, it set for the OTHER! In other words when i changed a setting for one, it univerisally applied that setting to ALL the storage yards! I've played this game since I was young, and I KNOW that I could always specialize the storage yards. ...

Why is it region locked and not available in Germany?
