I've completed all endings, dates, and sequels, yet somehow I can not receive the final achievement wherein says to complete all reads to earn this. Any help on this matter?

SOLUTION: I uninstalled the game a third time, and downloaded it on another drive on my computer. Upon first launch of the game it worked perfectly....
