I don't know why this game works 60 fps in main menu but once it starts my fps goes down to trash, any solution?

I gave the infant(?) the toy, and now the mothers are pleased. The lights are bright, and the music is happy. I found a door in the far corner of the room, but it does nothing when I touch it. I found a walkthrough video that showed the door should move me when I touch it. This is after I installed the game on a second computer....
