I spent money on the Christmas Cookie Workshop and my progress was around 85%. Then a system error reset everything back to 0%. We spent a lot of money buying work permits to progress the workshop, but the devs only compensated 10 work permits. It feels like they rushed it out without proper testing, and I don’t trust it anymore. I don’t recommend that players spend money on their events.

I recommend it only to those who have enough time to play it right, or enough money to compesate for the lack of time.
If you play only from time to time, you lose the essence of the game and you'll be farmed and unable to do much.
Also be aware of the bots, there are plenty.

I have never seen such a terrible game. My account was banned after only five minutes of playing.
