Terrible Performance and GUI Issues

Absolutely terrible performance from this game on two different computers, running a 3070ti and a 5070ti. Trying it at 1440p and 4k. Both ramp up my video cards to levels far past anything I see with Battlefield 6, Dune Awakening, Borderlands 4, Cyberpunk, and MSFS 2020. Those games I can run at near max settings and still get 90fps+. With Light up the Town, I'm only getting ~55fps at 85% resolution at 1440p with the 3070ti. At 4k with the 5070ti, I'm getting more like 45fps at 85% resolution. I turn the...

Wow guys, I’m not really sure if you realize how special this game is. As a guy in his mid 30’s there is absolutely something nostalgic and uplifting about what you have created here. Weirdly enough when the traditional Christmas jingles came on, I nearly got teary eyed…and I have no idea why haha. I just sat there in the game and allowed my self some time to take everything in, the concept, the environment, the music, and honestly…the tradition of decorating your house and checking out all the neighbors lights(except you throw those on too haha). Thank you for bringing this special game to life. So simple but so sentimentally impactful, sometimes emotional, and cozy. Bravo!

My kids absolutely love this game. Well done to the developer. My main request would be to allow for different profiles on the game so that each of my kiddos can decorate their own way.

Good morning!

Here's another update that addresses some issues people have been having with coins not saving / appearing and not being able to go to/leave the market after finishing the game. There's also a new character in one of the levels, but we'll let yall figure out where ;) More coming very soon!

Made a pentagram ice skating rink to sacrifice the townschildren. 10/10.

(in reality this is actually a super cute game and cozy as hell. love it)

Slack and tightness issue

I just got the game, first off; it's adorable and I love the concept and the art. However, I keep running into the issue where when I try to loosen or tighten the slack of my lights it just doesn't work. I'll hold the button down, drag my mouse and nothing happens. Sometimes it'll work briefly before just getting stuck at one way. Maybe having it to where you can use the scroll wheel for slackness and moving mouse just for making the lights closer or further apart would work better?...

Is the game complete?

I cleared maybe 4-5 areas with plenty more with question marks. The game prompted me to go to the market The end of the game with no other cheer meters available and no sign of any way to unlock the rest of the locations. My assumption is the game isn't finished as many of the NPC's don't have voice lines or some have prompts to talk but no text. I'd just like to make sure the game isn't glitched....

McCallister Street: no "meter" showing up

It's the last area to open up on my map. I've reached maximum cheer on all the other maps in the game, and got to the end credits several map-areas ago. SO, Mccalister was the last area opened up for me. because I've opened up and "completed" all the areas prior to McCallister St, I guess there won't BE a "maxim cheer" meter for this final map?...
