Found all the normal(?) cats in all the apartments, but the last achievement isn't procc'ing. And, on Apt 3, apart from the first room, the other rooms aren't checked off as done.

The Legendary Cat Hunter achievement requires you to find all of the hidden "catlees" found across the game. How do I clear this thing?

I have 2 locked rooms in the second appartment, and 1 locked room in the 3rd appartment, and have found all my cats and got my green ticks, so I am obviously missing something, possibly to do with the catlees? Please, how do I unlock these rooms to finish the game?...
