Highly addicting already! I really love the creative ideas here and there, along with vast options to choose from and move around with. The more you play the more rewards and gear you can collect and start off with at the very beginning. Kinda now wishing this gets more attention as it deserves the love and attention it needs!

Good pricing too with fun gameplay having rogue-like experience with randomly generated levels to spend time on.

the actual gameplay is very basic and strays away from the typical survivors-like formula, feeling more like binding of isaac. nothing feels unique, but if it ain't broke don't fix it. feels pretty frustrating at first but it gets better if you have the patience for it. There are cases of instadeath that can end your run if you're not lucky or careful. Despite teal being the "default" background color, there are teal enemies that leave teal fire trails- they're pretty much invisible when playing on classic teal. With how chaotic the game wants to be, it really should be taking notes from bullet hell games. The patterns are formed of randomly spewed projectiles with no style or grace, and the enemy projectile colors are based on vibes. Flame trails from mobs last way too long and makes the field impossible to cleanly navigate, and the laser beam snipers shouldn't have a continuous beam, the damaging part should be one frame and probably a different color from the aiming laser.

i like the game. want to love it, but it feels too much like a Game Maker game from the early days where a newer dev has yet to learn what mechanics should always be excluded from a game. with some resilience and patience, the game does have some fun and interesting content to offer, especially for it's price point. hard for me to recommend, but if you're interested in fun desktop games, this could be one for you.
