Hello Doctors!
Thousands of new doctors joined CURE over the weekend. We want to deeply thank everyone for their support and feedback. As we are preparing for our holiday release, here are a few fixes to make your next shift just a little bit better. Let’s dive in:

• Fixed quirky navigation around the checkout chair (no more awkward shuffling).

• Fixed supply boxes randomly resizing when loading a save — they now respect personal space.

• Fixed guests failing to clean beds when interacting from too far away.

• Fixed X-Ray not working properly for certain ailments and diseases.

• Fixed washing machines “eating” bedsheets when guests used them from max range.

• Blood & Urine Analysis symptoms will no longer join the zombie symptom party... for now.

• Fixed body bags not grabbing bodies that ragdolled into the next time zone.

  • Note: Hosts see correct bag placement; guests may see it slightly off — temporary!

• Fixed patients who died on their way to checkout locking the desk mid-process.

• Old save files now auto-update zombie symptom lengths to match current balance.

• You can no longer place sofas inside locked rooms (…you know who you are).

• Blood & Urine Analysis requests should be a lot more rare. You will still see them from time to time.

• Only the HOST can move sofas for now — a temporary moderation measure until better tools land.

Hello Doctors!
Today’s update brings new features, smarter systems, and fixes to things that definitely shouldn’t have been happening in a hospital. Let’s dive in! 🩺🧟‍♂️

You asked, We delivered:
And now… you can finally put items BACK in boxes.
Just press your regular Drop key (G by default) and enjoy the strangely satisfying feeling of organization.

A few rules:

• Pistols, clips, and cleaning spray only go back when full.

• Bed sheets only return when clean.

• Boxes on shelves now move with the shelf

• Code White text alert added for better accessibility

• New waiting area outside Level 3 — now with 100% more waiting

• Creator-only Alert Volume Slider

• Objects falling out of the world now get cleaned up so they stop haunting your FPS

• New input options:

  • Invert axis

  • Toggle sprint/crouch

  • Walk or sprint by default (choose your vibe)

You break it, we patch it. You patch it, we break something else. The circle of life continues.

• Cured patients no longer turn into zombies

• Fixed pistols occasionally misalign. We hope you won't be seeing any more of that.

• Fixed lollipop animation endlessly resetting

• Fixed supply boxes gettin' jiggy with it on guest players.

• Improved a situation where low latency guests break box behavior. Please let us know if you still experience this one.

• Fixed male item-holding animation

• Fixed voice chat settings not saving

• Female doctors now have eyebrows!

• Fixed slightly elevated street collision

• Fixed checkout desk refusing to work or move. Existing save files are magically healed ✨

• FPS limiter no longer defaults to “infinite chaos mode”

• Stuck meandering NPCs will now despawn themselves out of embarrassment

• Hospital sign and slogan are finally centered (our OCD team rejoices)

• Friends-Only privacy option now actually saves… your privacy.

• Viewers can’t zombie-transform outside the map anymore (nice try, chat)

• ESC now correctly makes you stand up from the checkout desk

• Non-converted NPCs now run away properly—no more zombies chasing lost souls

• Updated highlight shader for extra visual crispiness

• Shop now defaults to sorting By Level but your can change that if you want.

• Increased patient counts in later levels (we believe in you)

• Reduced zombie-related affliction frequency

• Slower buildup of zombie symptom entries

• Zombie sieges now go straight for the hospital instead of wandering off on scenic tours
