IM TALKING BLOOD, GORE, SMASHING HEADS OPEN

Earlier while I was building a map, I exited to the menu and found the language had changed from English to Arabic. Once I managed to find the language menu, I tried changing it back to English, amongst other languages, no luck. Trying to change the language through Steam doesn’t work either. Nor did re-installing the game. Has anyone else had this issue? Not about to learn another language....
