What kind of prejudice is this against the Portuguese language?

Can I run multiple instances of Vegas here on steam? How?

I recently bought Vegas Edit 19. I edit 2 or 3 projects and started to have some issues with the rendered videos. So i uninstalled it and the nightmare begun. I download the program but the folder is almost empty after Steam installs the program (no vegas.exe; image 1 and 2). When i begin the instalation, Steam shows me a weird error that doesnt´happens with other software (image 4) When i execute the program it pop up the same error (image 3). I uninstalled all my games, i uninstalled Steam. Reinstal...

I already search up that the option is possible but i simply dont find it can someone help?

hello when i lunch vegas 19 it start lunching then nothing happen and it close ,i start to find many solution on youtube but it become worse , now the problem is bigger (error code 2 ) anyone can help me i need it for work and i am stuck
