Fichte posited that all reality and knowledge arise from the "absolute Self" (the self-determining activity of the subject), which emerges from the unconscious, creating objects, and then distinguishes them from one another, forming the basis for all human sciences and knowledge. This system, based on logical deduction and a priori assumptions, forms the foundation of Fichteanism and transcendental idealism, explores the nature of knowledge (epistemology) and places scientific knowledge on certain ground.
