Read the comments and thought people are exaggerating, couldn’t be more wrong.

A really garbage port, you can use whatever workaround or patch/update you want, it does not fix it. Really bad AI on the PC port, bugs both visual/gameplay wise.

The only “workaround” to play this game is to emulate the Xbox 360 version on your PC. The graphics are better, the AI ain’t that cooked as on the PC port and of course you have less bugs.

I bought this fully thinking this was going to be the same one that I played back on the PS2, but apparently I guess two versions of this game were made. Anyway I will say it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that they have a picture of the PS2 version on here, but this isn't the PS2 version and instead the Xbox and PC version, so that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to do and if there is a way to play it then I don't know how. I honestly don't think it is a bad game, but that could be because I'm biased as this was my first Splinter Cell game I played when I was younger. One thing I think you should keep in mind is if you play this on controller like me since I'm more of a controller person than a keyboard and mouse person, you are going to have to make some adjustments because they don't really support controllers, so you need to make your own controls so you can do the basic things like shoot.

Unfortunately, the game is completely broken on PC. Even if you try to fix it with patches, it crashes or sometimes does not allow you to complete objectives simply because the keys don’t work to crack a safe open, for instance.
