Fun game. The only sad thing about it is that there is still so much potential to it but it never got anything after it was released like dlc that further enhance gameplay. Also there are barely any mods where we could compensate for the lack of extra stuff.

This is basically a board game where you chase victory points by building networks of planets trading goods. There's a lot of variance (as opposed to rng). It's the sort of game where you could play 1000 hours and never play the exact same setup twice. I say variance instead of rng as you can make pretty much any map and starting position work. But the game is tiring to play. It's very much a puzzle game that requires super optimisation if you want high scores. If you play casually you can complete a game in 60 minutes, but if you are playing optimally it can take hours, especially if you are new. Playing a 60 minute run is possibly if you master the game but that will take a long time...

This game is fun, but I do wish it had a more satisfying conclusion
