doesn´t start

I can´t start the game. I have tried the "play" button and I have tried to start it from the game folder as administer and it just doesn´t start.

Can not play game

Click to start playing. Get menu page up. Click on "new game" and start. window goes black and says loading. then it crashes after a second or two. Nothing in the logs directory. Nothing useful in the windows event viewer. AMD Ryzen 5, 3600. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super.' Uninstalled and re-installed. Same behaviour....
