There was a news post about the JP version having Voice Acting, but due to licensing currently it's stuck there for the time being. Has anyone tried to patch the Steam edtiton with the JP voices?

Whenever i try to launch the game this error pops up. I already tried reinstalling twice now, verifying game files and making sure no other app is open.
