I want to own all production in a city, but the competitor business are massively expensive on the hardest difficulty in some cases: the game asked for nearly 2 million for a block of 3 cotton plantations... So either I want to buy the business for cheaper or have the AI businesses closed. I have tried to keep the products produced flooded on the market so that the price is low, but that didnt seem to work.
