Bad Idea.
Imagine that one Spy disguise bug happens. Like the bug where sometimes bodygroups sometimes don't show up, say for instance a Demoman without his feet, or Pyro without a head. So you'll just see a Scout without his entire torso.

Bugs can be fixed, especially since the game's source code is public now.

I would be okay with this if the bug was fixed, but for now this is bad idea, especially with how long this bug has existed and still happens, even if it is rare, it does affect gameplay, by making it easier to know which teammate is a disguised Spy. Waiting with the submission until the bug was dealt with would've been wiser. Don't want this game to look more broken and unpolished.
