About the statue holding the stake, if you go back inside of the tunnel without taking the stake from the statue, the statue just dissapears with it

It works fine for me all the time, can't reproduce this. He only disappears after you grab the stake. When he has the stake (even unlocked) then he always is following you in the main room.

I forgot to say that I was playing in multiplayer, one player was outside of the tunnel the whole time, and me (the host) went in, I went out and saw the statue, I went in again and when I went out again I could not find the statue. Even going to the other end of the room and facing backwards from the tunnel did not make the statue appear when I turned back.

However, when I restarted and did not go back in the tunnel after seeing the statue, It correctly followed me (and the other player was not seeing it move, but it still worked from my POV and I was able to grab the stake after leading it where it wanted).

I also got stuck on the statue with the stake.
I can see the statue after I get the shovel. But when I go past it and look back it has disappeared.

I'm finding that on the last puzzle the ball doesn't transfer between the kettles. I looked at the video walkthrough, but the ball always stays in the original kettle
