Due to technical limitations and capabilities, the spacing between
characters is fixed regardless of the letter/number selected.

- truck license plate layout: 99-XXX-9
- trailer license plate layout: XX-99-XX
- Set of letters and numbers based on "Kenteken" (c)2004 LeFly
