Code confirmed correct by the Video Walkthrough.
With the new update, you should be able to fix the chest buttons. As I wrote, just wire each one to the same lock with OnReturn signal, and make sure it sends 0.
Also, there's another bug, where in co-op, if someone's solving the bridges puzzle and another person solves the pillars, the teleport that happens for the 'cutscene' can render the bridges uncompletable. I think that teleport is unnecessary, just make sure the new elements have a noticeable sound as they spawn in. You can slow down their animations too if you want people to notice those.
