Then you are using inflicting Mods.

I have now set the Mod Name to a 00 in Front of, so it overwrites most of all other Mods.

@MINOS, thank you for this mod, but it stopped working recently. Post Warhammer 2 release, this mod stopped working for unknown reason, I can now see Public Order Difficulty stats.

If you are using Overhaul Mods, you should load this Mod first, with an 01 or an @ in Front of its Filename (rename or copy it).

1. Yes,compatible.
2. You can play on Easy on my Better AI, which means no Cheats for the AI.

You can do this easy by yourself with the PFM PackfileManager, opening this Mod and change the four 0 Zero Numbers to whatever you want ;)

Thanks for all your mod work MINOS. I'd love to try a "Half Public Order Difficulty Penalty" version as well, if you have the time.

This would make order a concern, but not the whole focus of early Legendary campaigns.

Its not really Game relevant...
The AI for Example gets such a high Bonus, it nearly never encounters Rebellions on higher Difficulties.
Why do you want to be the only Faction on the Map, fighting Rebellions?

Is there a light version of this? I feel like 8 PO penalty is stupid high making it impossible to keep order up, but with 0 it's impossible to get it low.

hi, thanks. Ya i am new to the total war community. Iam coming from the paradox community;) and there we have the problem: if you use some mods. It will destroy the "ironman compatziblity" and that means you can not get achievments anymore. Thanks:)

Didn't work, but I figured it out: it's the attrition mod. For some odd reason it isn't compatible anymore. As soon as I unchecked it, your mod worked again. Took me some time to figure it out.

Someone of these must cause a Conflict.

Copy this Mod here and rename it with a Prefix like:

01_No_PO_Penalty.pack

Then load this copied one.

But I was usingn the exact same mods before the update. AI more attrition, AI will colonize, Better AI recruitment, Better camera, Better smoke, Research speed, Happiness, Home Movement bonus, Imp weather, Kieslev skins, Blood mod, Less op agents, More skilpoints, no confed bonus and no public order - none of these should cause a conflict, right?
