AI Factory Controller

Beskrivelse
A late‑game Research component that automates machinery upgrades

⚙️ Features
Auto-Upgrading: continuously scans all your factory windows and automatically purchases the cheapest available upgrade.
Smart Resource Management: Dynamically updates its money requirement to match the cost of the next available upgrade.
Convenience Cost: Base upgrades performed by the controller come with a 40% markup compared to manual upgrading.

AI Optimization:
Input AI resources to reduce the upgrade cost.
The more AI you supply, the larger the discount (logarithmic scaling).
High AI input can significantly reduce costs, eventually making auto-upgrades the same cost as manual ones (max discount multiplier brings cost down to the base cost of the upgrade).

Integration:
Unlocks via research.agi.
Located in the Research > Component menu.
Uses a modified AGI window interface with custom inputs for Money and AI.

Technical Details:
Inputs:
Money: Consumes Money to pay for upgrades.
AIPower: Consumes AI to calculate the discount multiplier.

Logic:
Scans all windows in the factory category.
Calculates Cost = Base Cost * 1.4 * AI power modifier.
Executes upgrade() on the target window when funds are sufficient.

You put money into the container, and it uses that money.

I increased the requirement for automatic buying to cost + 40%.

This can be reduced by adding AI power to base cost at maximum level.

It's such a big QoL improvement!
Although it seems like it only upgrades the Machines that I can also buy manually so I cannot put all the money into the Factory controller. Is that intended?

You need to have Artificial General Intelligence research unlocked, I added the requirement to retain balance
