Want an easy way to scout the best talent in the game? Here's a shortlist of the best 1200+ talents in the game (ages 15-21). You can load this shortlist directly into FM26 and browse the list to find your ideal next transfer target.


How did this come about?

I tried to add the best talents to the shortlist in my own save. This took hours of work; I hadn't seen anyone with such an extensive list on the Steam Workshop, so I decided to create one myself. The number of players can vary per save.

If you are missing any players please let me know in the comments so I can add them.

1. Load Football Manager 26
2. Go to Scouting > Shortlist
3. Open the menu under the gear icon.
4. Press Load Shortlist.
5. Pick All Wonderkids Shortlist - RO7Raymond and press Load to finish.
