This Ranking is applicable to all players, from the bottom to the top level.

Here's why:

A newbie would do more impact in battle on a better vehicle, same as a skilled one.

A skilled player would feel uncomfortable on a worst ever vehicle, same as a newbie.

BUT

A skilled player could try to show his best on a low quality vehicle, and of course a skilled player will always show better performance than a newbie on a bad vehicle.

It doesn't mean the vehicle isn't bad if you show a good performance on it.

And one more important point: A new player would learn faster on a better vehicle than on a bad one.

Vehicle ranking is based on how well one performs in the current meta
against enemy vehicle lineup.
All pros and cons are taken into account.

- APHE Overpressure presence / absence
- Reload speed
- Gun elevation / depression
- Gun elevation speed
- Turret rotation speed

- Gunner optics (first magnification) (lower = better)
- Vehicle reverse speed
- Machine gun presence / absence
- Turret presence / absence
Secondly:
- Armor (also anti-air / explosion armor)
- Weakspots presence / absence
- Vehicle ammo rack location
- Rangefinder presence / absence
- Vehicle Weight (ability to ram objects and don't lose speed)
- Vehicle forward speed
- Vehicle vitality
- Crew Members (vitality)
- Smoke grenades presence / absence
