Altars of Lilith: quick unlock of all altars
After purchasing the game and completing the main campaign, you can unlock all Altars of Lilith in the seasonal and eternal realms without needing to visit each altar location on the map.

As of the time of writing this guide, the game allows you to instantly level up one or two (for VoH DLC owners) characters in the Eternal Realm on Hardcore or Normal difficulty and receive the following bonuses:
  • Level up to 50
  • A full set of legendary items with a pre-filled skill tree based on the chosen character build
  • Power of all Altars of Lilith
  • 1 million gold, 1,000 Obols, 1 Scroll of Amnesia, and crafting materials

The map and Altars of Lilith are shared between the Eternal and Seasonal realms of the same difficulty. This means that if you unlock all altars in the Eternal Realm (for example, on Hardcore difficulty), they will automatically be unlocked in the Seasonal Hardcore Realm as well, along with the associated stat bonuses from the altars.

How to claim the bonus?
  1. Complete the main campaign in your desired realm (e.g., in the Seasonal Hardcore Realm).
  2. Create a new character in the Eternal Realm with the same difficulty level (e.g., Hardcore).
  3. The game will ask if you want to skip the main campaign — agree to it.
  4. An optional quest will appear in your quest log, leading you to an NPC who grants the bonus. This NPC is located in the Kiovashad Tavern.
  5. Choose any of the offered item sets — this will complete the quest and unlock all altars.
  6. Log into your main character. If everything was done correctly, all Altars of Lilith will be unlocked.

Owners of Vessel of Hatred can claim the bonus twice.
