Problems such as poor stability, bugs, glitches, can be fixed by a few mods that won't tarnish or alter the base experience. I recommend Viva New Vegas Modding Guide to bring FNV up a notch. Overall, Fallout: New Vegas defines what an RPG should strive to be. It is truly a gem that must be experienced.
