Interesting environment. But it felt like a punishingly restrictive journey without a destination.

The devs do 1 major update about once a year that overhauls major features and adds new content sprinkled throughout the game.

I've done a full PVE playthrough every update since launch. About 50-80 hours each time. The new mechanics gives each playthrough something new, and its great fun every time.

I get 60-90 fps in many areas in the game, but in large regions, particularly in the open world, the framerate can drop to anywhere between 15 and 30 fps. This happens so frequently that I have simply given up trying to play for the time being, and I hope that the developer can address this issue soon.

Running on Medium, 1440p with a 3070TI/5600X. DLSS on and set to Performance.

This is such an easy recommend.

£1 on sale. A quick 7 hour experience, decent story, good voice acting, great combat.

Did require a hex edit to fix infrequent crashing. Easy enough to follow the guide to do it.

*Very* short game. Took me 4 hours to complete, with ~80% completion.

Very atmospheric. You're exploring a superbly crafted abandoned world, discovering its past as you ascend. My only complaint is it ended way too soon.

Excellent story and visuals, fairly buggy, worst combat system Larien has ever made.

It's extremely rate that I *dont* have major performance issues, crashes or connection issues while playing this game.

Frustrating lack of guidance, that sadly required me to spoil large portions of the game to work out how to progress (if you play, look for spoiler-free guides!).

I refunded this game, then bought it again. It really grew on me. Very unique gameplay and story.

An interesting game completely ruined by obtuse controls, instability, and a complete lack of guidance.

This is also the first non-VR game ever to give me motion sickness, due to some pretty extreme mouse acceleration.
