Influent should have other languages, for sure! When I bought it from Humble Bundle today, it gave me the option to choose a language to learn before giving me a Steam key. After I installed the game, when I started up a new file, the only language I could choose was Japanese since it was the one I chose on the Humble Bundle site. If you bought it from the Steam store, I unfortunately am not too sure how it works. You can see what language packs are installed by looking at the DLC tab under the properties of the game. Hope I can be of help, feel free to ask if you need anything else!
