More like "guilty pleasure part 2". Jumping sharks more often than an original, but still funny, unlike a 3rd game.

wow... it's really THIS bad. If original was felt like something sarcastic, but real with a little sparkle of random humor and visual novel logic, this game felt like a circus where clowns jumping over sharks. Lines like "What... mormon-ass ♥♥♥♥♥ would have a date at the dinner" are magnitudes better than any beating of a dead horses Flip Side has, like an ark about Jecka getting more alternative to get a job in a hot topic.
When a joke lands you remind yourself that there was like 10-20 failed ones previously. Because characters just yapping unstoppable, no restraint. It's like watching a 8th season of Office or 9th season of Scrubs.
I bought this 3 games as a bundle and now I'm gonna do refund and buyback just the first two of the series. Don't wanna this trash in my library.

Goes surprisingly deep despite some occasional edgy and random humour.

Artstyle, music and writing are outstanding. BB is adorable and quirky. I've also noticed one thing on top of it. Some of levels felt weirdly free to walk around. Games can be linear or open world, but level design is often a coherent mainroad with some branchings. Anthology Of The Killer is different, it constantly presents you with tangled roads and siderooms which actually leading you further instead of being bonus rooms. Not gonna lie, I've played most of the levels for a second time and illusion broke a little, but when I played for a first time In "Hands", "Eyes", parts of "Ears" and "Face" I felt like I'm just having a casual walk in surreal place. Nothing reminds me of level desing or an objective I need to do.

That's just crazy good for a free game expirience. Art style is experemental, I loved it. It may be not for everyone, but the game is free so it's a win win in any case.

Terrible UI with countless menus and events which gives you useless trash. btw to get any trash you acquired you need to go throught several glitchy menus - get it from gift box and open it in locker. For some reason you can't just get 100 points. Anyway there's no cosmetics (even temporary) for points. It's overall felt like this game stuck in the past. Premium currency being separated to "real" and "free" (which basically useless) is a staple of predatory F2P games of 10s and late 00s.

Edit: this ...game... left ~9 Gb of trash .pak and .usm files in steamapps\common AFTER I've deleted it via steam. Be wary!

Outstanding artstyle and almost a perfect horror expirience for me. Great tutorial which take into consideration that players know how to move or use items so it teaches you only specific game mechanics. I loved the pacing - a slow build up to Old Woods and it's being so hard because of it's terrible hideout that next biome actually feelt like a breath of fresh air. You constantly racing against the time, but it doesen't distract you constantly. In plot important moments, most of the menus and in the morning time stops so you could focus on reading journal or item descroptions, dialogues and trading with NPC or repairing your hideout. Game provides you with a perfect balance between tension and comfort.

I was surprised that this game did run without any issues on ultra, but constantly crashes. I've closed my msi afterburner that I usually use, but game keep crashing randomly and withoud any lags anyway. I set everything on hight from ultra, but it just keep crashing...
The only positive thing that I could say about this game that is started to crash immediately and I have an opportunity to refund it.
(will delete or change my review if I will find a stable set up)

Great writing. I've recently played a bunch of comedy games and nothing got me like jokes in The Ditty of Carmeana. It's not bad as a puzzle/quest game either. Nothing really hard, but it kept me engaged the whole time. Nice and short expirience which left you with a feeling of wanting more. If you gonna play it don't miss on Murder Mystery Sidequest!
