The Bavarium Sea Heist pack pits Rico against a seabase full of Black Hand merceneries called "The Stingray" (not the Gerry Anderson 60s TV show) to attempt to steal an incredibly powerful weapon and priceless EDEN tech for the rebels. The player is rewarded with the "Loochador" attack boat and the "EDEN Spark" lightning gun. The player after a brief mission is presented with the attack boat and tasked with destroying the infrastructure allowing the Stingray Base to remotely destroy boats. you are then able to gain access to the base to claim the EDEN Spark, and briefly use it to defend the base from hostile boats. After a brief mission defending the rebel boats the DLC is over. The EDEN spark itself is useless, taking far too long to charge up and being very difficult to control. Since I completed this DLC in 47 minutes and 11 seconds this DLC would be even less worth playing than the Sky Fortress DLC if not for the Loochador. Within the base game the second fastest boat is the "Pescespada SS" speedbaoat, or the weaponized version for those with that DLC. The Percespada is able to fully complete roughly 70% of the speedboat race challenges, but the fastest boat, the "Squalo X7" is needed to fully complete the others. The Squalo X7 only spawns in two closed lakes in the game map, and has to be airlifted via helicopter to a Frigo garage, exploding if dropped on land. As well as this the Squalo handles terribly, and doesn't visibly set on fire when destroyed, making it a deathtrap.

By acquiring the Loochador, you can avoid this ordeal entirely, as it handles much better than the Squalo and is way faster, making it the best boat in the game by a significant margin. That is the sole reason I recommend this pack and if you aren't a completionist who wishes to finish all the boat challenges, consider this recommendation nullified.

The Sky Fortress pack gives the player an incredibly short set of campaign missions that see Rico attack an EDEN Corporation Airship to thwart the plans of the mysterious and malevolent "EDEN". The player is rewarded with the "Eviction Drone" the "Bavarium Splitter" and upgraded wingsuit offering machine gun and missile capabilities and a boost functionality. The plot of the DLC is bizarre and convoluted, using questionable objectives to ferry the player into various areas to introduce the "Black Hand" faction and inexplicably destroy two grounded EDEN outposts. The result of this is a plot that contains a variety of anti-climaxes and ends predictably. Furthermore the new wingsuit removes the risks of the original wingsuit traversal allowing the player to travel without a dependancy on staying close to the ground whilst moving. The "Bavarium Splitter" rifle is comparably useless to the base game's arsenal and the "Eviction Drone" is non-controllable and weak, giving it no functionality as a offensive weapon/vehicles. This is undoubtedly the worst dlc out of the three included in the Air, Land and Sea Expansion Pack.

Pricing this £9.49 non-discounted is insulting and laughable, even for the sale price of £3.13 this DLC isnt worth it.
