Personally one of the most engaging and entertaining games I have ever played. I experienced a few bugs but they were almost always hilarious and never once game-breaking. Maybe I got lucky, but frankly I would recommend this game to anyone with the ability to run it smoothly.

I got to murder the population of a small country, ♥♥♥♥ a prostitute, smuggle drugs, and buy a $250,000 bottle of champagne in the span of an hour. 10/10 would recommend.
