I'm nuking it all as we speak. Full uninstall, moving Steam to a new location, opting out of the beta, back into the beta, all cookies and cache deleted, config.vdf removed and also using another rig to see if I can recreate the mess.

It's definitely a bug of some sort, but I can undock it by resizing the docked window.
Maybe I'll update and try it again.

I don't know. It is annoying though. I made a bug report though. I only said all that because I'm not dumb enough to not try everything to undock it.

Yep, I saw that too, yesterday. I looked at his account history and saw how he kept going on about "using Steam 14 years" and said it looked like a bought account.

That user didn't write about starting the game. Last game i bought had some DLC DLing right away while other DLC only DLed after starting the game and logging in to the game-specific account on their network.

Sometimes, people cannot be helped. Often, they do not want to be helped, they do not want help or solutions, they just want to blame Valve for problems with a game, their computer, internet and life in general and have everyone wholeheartedly agree with them.
