Turta dulce cu miere reteta simpla. Se apropie sarbatorile de iarna si asa ne-am pus pe treaba cu mic cu mare. Turta dulce (Lebkuchen) are marele avantaj ca aluatul odata facut rezista la rece si o saptamana buna iar dupa coacere turta rezista zile bune, dupa o saptamana este parca mai buna ca in prima zi. Pentru turta dulce: 320 g faina, 100 g unt, 200 g miere, 1 ou, 1 lingurita rasa de bicarbonat, un praf de sare, 2 linguri rase condiment pentru turta dulce (scortisoara, cardamom, cuisoare, ghimbir pudra), 1 zahar vanilat. Se pregatesc ingredientele. Untul se topeste si se amesteca cu mierea. Intr-un vas se pun faina, oul si condimentele si se toarna si untul cu mierea.Puteti framanta cu mana sau cu un aparat de framantat. Nu necesita multa bataie de cap, aluatul pentru turta dulce cu miere este gata repede si este usor de framantat. Trebuie sa va asigurati ca aluatul s-a omogenizat. Gata!!!:lilcutie:
