no idea what changed but the last update made this game unplayably laggy. on a high end PC i average ~20fps with NO npcs or items spawned in.

Can't recommend you buy this game at this time unless you are 100% positive it will run on your system.

This used to be one of my favorite N-body sims because of how easy it was to pick up and how simple it was to set up scenarios. It used to work 100% fine on my computer, but recent updates have COMPLETELY broken this game for my system as well as for countless other people.

I have tried installing compatibility packs, toggling launch flags, reinstalling the game fresh, updating drivers, and nothing works. it is completely bricked.

I am now the proud owner of a $15 paperweight. The developer has displayed pretty clear signs that he has no intention to fix this literal game-breaking issue or at the very least is not prioritizing it, seeing as updates and patches only come out once or twice a year.

If the developer would like to reach out to me to try and see if my issue can be fixed, I am more than happy to get in touch. Until then, this review stays.
